From leotards and jazzercise to fitness apps and online coaching, I’ve been dedicated to helping women with their goals from the start of the fitness craze (you know, back when “muscle heads” were the only gym members).

My name is Lisa Swanson and with over 35 years of experience helping women with weight loss, I want to introduce to you a new way of looking at your health that focuses on where you’re at today versus where you were at 10, 15 or even 20 years ago.

On my 50th birthday, I had a realization that it was time to help other women my age. 
Why? Because women over 50 are often neglected in this industry and as my body began changing, it became more and more obvious that even trainers and coaches I respected had no clue how to help women after menopause.

So I opened Body & Soul Coaching to work with women over 50 exclusively. 
I am dedicated to empowering women post menopause to live their best lives vibrantly and healthily.

Through my signature B.A.S.E. model, combining fitness, nutrition, and mindset, I help women over 50 finally get the results they’ve been struggling to get on their own without deprivation diets or hours in the gym. Instead, I show you how to enjoy the journey and let go of limiting beliefs holding you back.

My coaching program, Metabolic Design, helps women after menopause reclaim their waistlines, improve their energy, and create the strong, lean body they’ve been striving to accomplish on their own for much too long. 

I want to show you how to achieve sustainable, lasting weight loss and truly understand how to develop your lifestyle to fit your wants, needs and goals.
