Dr. Dolores Fernandez, ND, MSCP, is a naturopathic doctor in Ontario, Canada, with a focus in menopause. She is a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner and a member of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, with training in pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Besides her clinical work, Dr. Dolores is a wife, mom, reader, fitness enthusiast, and the founder of IRIS. IRIS moisturizer and lubricant offers clean, science-backed vulva care products, aiming to end the stigma around women’s health. Through IRIS, Dr. Dolores promotes education and support for women’s health issues and smashing stigmas — one vulva at a time.
