MEC RESET LLC dba Menowave

Terms of Use

Effective October 6, 2026

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Programs, Products, and Services.

Our Programs, Products, and Services are owned and operated by MEC RESET LLC dba Menowave, an Idaho limited liability company ("Menowave," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). They include the Menopause Empowerment Circle ("MEC") coaching program, the Menowave Club membership ("The Club"), our website, quizzes, events, and all related materials (together, our "Programs"). The term "you" refers to any purchaser, client, or member who uses our Programs.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any of our Programs, including by agreeing through our Skool membership questions, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Client Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, and our Notice of Privacy Practices. If you do not agree, please do not use our Programs.

These Terms require disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis rather than by jury trial or class action, and they limit the remedies available to you. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using our Programs, you voluntarily waive certain legal rights and agree to these dispute resolution terms.

Age Requirement

Our Programs are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using our Programs, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Our Programs

Menopause Empowerment Circle (MEC). MEC is a 24-week coaching program that you complete twice during a one-year (12-month) enrollment. Enrollment is a commitment to the full year. The program fee is billed upfront for the full year. A three-month payment plan is available upon request and must be approved by us before enrollment.

Menowave Club (The Club). The Club is a month-to-month membership hosted on Skool. It is billed monthly, has no long-term contract, and continues automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your Skool membership profile settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Program content, schedules, experts, and features may change over time as we improve our Programs.

Payments and Refunds

No Refunds. Due to the time, expertise, and resources that go into our Programs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for MEC or The Club, in whole or in part, including for unused time, missed sessions, or early cancellation. If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us at [email protected] so we can work with you.

MEC Payment Plans. If you are approved for a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program fee, even if you stop participating, stop attending, or leave the program early. Leaving early does not cancel or reduce your remaining payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each scheduled payment. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until your account is current.

The Club Billing. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each month until you cancel. Payments already made are not refunded, and canceling ends future charges only.

Chargebacks. By enrolling, you agree not to dispute or reverse valid charges with your bank or card company. If you file a chargeback for a charge you agreed to, we may end your access to all Programs and seek recovery of the amount owed plus reasonable collection costs.

Health, Nutrition, and Fitness Disclaimer

Our Programs provide education, coaching, and general wellness information about perimenopause and menopause, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, and habits. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not replace care from your doctor or other licensed health care provider. Some of our team members hold professional credentials, but participating in our Programs does not create a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship.

Always consult your health care provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or supplement plan, and before changing any medication or hormone therapy. Never ignore medical advice or delay getting it because of something you learned in our Programs. In an emergency, call 911.

Assumption of Risk. Exercise and changes to diet or lifestyle carry some risk of injury or illness. You confirm that you are healthy enough to take part, that you will listen to your body and stop if you feel pain or discomfort, and that you take part voluntarily and at your own risk.

No Guaranteed Results. Every body is different. Your results depend on your health, history, effort, and many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss, symptom relief, or changes in lab results. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

Community Guidelines

MEC and The Club include group calls and an online community. To keep it safe and supportive, you agree to:

  • Treat other members, coaches, and experts with respect.
  • Keep what other members share private, and never record, screenshot, or repost their names, stories, photos, or posts.
  • Not post spam, sales pitches, or promotions for your own products or services without our permission.
  • Not share medical advice with other members as if you were a professional.

We may remove content or end access for anyone who breaks these guidelines.

Sharing Your Wins.

By joining, you give us permission to share your posts, comments, wins, and progress from our Programs in our marketing, website, and social media, with your last name and identifying details removed. We will ask before using your photo or full name. To opt out, email [email protected].

Intellectual Property and Limited License

All content in our Programs, including videos, recordings, workbooks, guides, recipes, workouts, templates, and our names, logos, and signature methods ("Program Materials"), belongs to Menowave or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase a Program, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Program Materials for your own non-commercial use.

You may download or print Program Materials for your personal use. You may not:

  • Share your login or give anyone else access to our Programs.
  • Copy, share, sell, reprint, or republish Program Materials, in whole or in part.
  • Use Program Materials to create or teach your own program, course, or coaching business.
  • Use our trademarks, taglines, or logos without our written permission.

Misuse of our Programs or Program Materials may result in loss of access without refund, civil claims for damages, or other legal action.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We collect and protect your information as described in our Client Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no online system is completely secure.

Third-Party Platforms

Our Programs use outside platforms such as Skool, Zoom, and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes, or practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Menowave, its owners, coaches, experts, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Program in question.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Menowave, its owners, coaches, experts, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your use or misuse of our Programs or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to any Program at any time if you violate these Terms. If your access is ended for a violation, no refund will be given and you remain responsible for any remaining payments owed.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will try in good faith to resolve it with you informally.

If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis only.

  • Location: Arbitration will take place in Jefferson County, Idaho, unless both parties agree to hold it by video.
  • Timeframe: Arbitration must be started within one (1) year of the date you first notify us of the dispute.
  • Remedy: Any award is limited to the amount you paid us for the Program in question. No other damages will be awarded.
  • Final decision: The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with its effective date. Your continued use of our Programs after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
