As a Menowave affiliate, you have the opportunity to enhance your services by bringing on a virtual assistant (VA) who will play a crucial role alongside you within the menopause support group.

Benefits of Affiliation with a Virtual Assistant

By having a virtual assistant onboard, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

• Enhanced efficiency in managing client inquiries and engagements within the Menopause Support Group.
• Expanded capacity to provide personalized attention and support to group members.
• Increased flexibility in scheduling live sessions, polls, and posts, ensuring consistent engagement.
• Opportunity to leverage your VA’s expertise to generate warm leads and promote client education on menopause management.

Rules and Regulations

To maintain the integrity of our community and ensure the highest standards of care, please adhere to the following rules and regulations:

• You are not permitted to promote anyone else’s programs other than your own.
• You are not permitted to promote retreats other than those of Menowave within the group.
• Agreement – minimum of 12 months.
• Only one person per membership.
• Virtual assistants need to have their own signed Menowave membership agreement.
• No direct selling. Our commitment is to ensure that our members do not feel prospected for a sale. We encourage you to recommend your product or solution to our members once you have engaged with them and they know the benefits of your product. Education is key. Menowave offers complete training to ensure your success.
• No direct links to other social media platforms may be advertised or posted in our groups. The only links that are allowed within our groups are those going to a landing page for a challenge or masterclass held within our groups.
• All promotional materials must be approved by Menowave administration before being shared within the group.
• Respectful communication is required at all times. Negative or derogatory comments towards other members or the Menowave brand will not be tolerated.

Payment and Cancellation

Affiliates agree to a yearly fee of $800, debited annually. To terminate this agreement after the initial 12 months, a written notice must be provided to Menowave, LLC at least 30 days before the contract expiration date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal for another 12 months.

Acceptance

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all terms and conditions outlined herein. You also agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Menowave, LLC. This agreement becomes legally binding upon acceptance by Menowave, LLC.

All Sales Final

Please note that all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided.
